If you are not familiar with his work, it would appear on the surface that Pouillon’s projects are just like any other classical post war development, but this film tells the story of a forget genius of architecture and the main moments of a life full of energy and work. Born in 1912, Fernand Pouillon buil this first building in Aix-en-Provence at the age of 22. In fifty year, he designers and builds more than 2 millions squaremetres, mainly in France and Algeria. But his career experiences a serious set back in 1960. In jail, ruined for bankruptcy, removed from the order of architects, he gets back to the independent Algeria and keeps on building.
